You keep your number and your phone. Farcall only steps in when you’re busy or don’t answer.

    When you’re on a ladder or under a sink, your phone forwards the call. Your number doesn’t change.

  2. It answers in your business name

    Callers are told it’s an AI assistant and that calls may be recorded. Then it asks what’s wrong.

  3. It takes the details

    Name, number, postcode and the problem, read back to the caller to check they’re right.

  4. You get the job

    Emergencies get a text straight away and a transfer to your mobile. Everything else arrives as a short summary.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You keep your current number and use your phone provider’s call forwarding to send unanswered or busy calls to Farcall. We’ll help you set it up.

Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?

Yes. Every call starts with a short notice that it’s an AI assistant and that calls may be recorded.

What if it can’t handle a call?

It takes a message and sends it to you with what the caller asked. For anything urgent, it texts you straight away and transfers the call to your mobile.

What does it cost?

We agree a fixed monthly price with you in writing before anything goes live. Email us with your trade and area and we’ll come back with a price.

What happens to the call recordings?

Recordings and transcripts are personal data under UK GDPR. We handle them under a data processing agreement with your business, and you can ask us to delete them.
